Description:
Subject of purchase: 1. Settlements between the Buyer and the Supplier are made in cashless form by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier within 90 days after the Parties sign the Invoice. The release of fuel must be carried out in accordance with payment vouchers,directly at stationary gas stations in compliance with the procedure defined by the rules of retail trade in petroleum products approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 20.12.97 N 1442. Gas stations must necessarily be equipped with at least three dispensers with the possibility of dispensing different types of fuel from each dispenser, a cash registerand carry out retail sales of fuel for cash to a wide range of consumers. Participants' proposals for the supply of fuel from quickly assembled mobile modular gas stations will be rejected by the customer as not meeting the technical requirements. 2. Delivery of payment vouchers must be carried outand in parts (lots) according to the Customer's requests. 3. The distance from gas stations from which the Participant has the opportunity to dispense fuel to the location of the Customer's motor vehicle, which is located at the address: st. Svitlytskogo 35-b, Podilskyi district, Kyiv, 04208, should not exceed 5 - km.4. WITHin order to avoid traffic breakdowns, traffic jams and maximize fuel savings, the participant must have an extensive network of gas stations in at least nine districts of Kyiv.
