Description:
The NGO Bilozersky Center for Regional Development (Belozerki, Kherson Oblast) announces a competitive selection of 2 (two) trainers/-ok for a two-day training on social services and redirection for 10 social workers of Kherson region communities. The training will be carried out within the framework of the project “Restoration of social services in the liberated communities of Kherson region”, which is being implemented by the NGO Belozersky Center for Regional Development with the support of the USAID Agency (USAID). Purpose of the training: Increasing the capacity of 10 social workers from 5 communities of Kherson district to provide quality social assistance. During the training, they will be able to learn the effective practices of solving various urgent problems of community residents. The meaningful completion of the training should be designed with the use of the social services of the Kherson region developed within the project of the road map (directory). Social work professionals often do not know how to solve a particular issue and how to help people who are forwarded to, as the legislation is changing, what is spelled out in the provisions does not always work.
