Purchase item: According to paragraph 35 of Decree 1178, there will be no auction in this procurement. However, in the Law on Public Procurement, there is still a requirement to specify a step reduction of the price when announcing open bidding. Therefore, the technical functionality of the electronic site automatically installed a step of 1%, which cannot be changed or deleted when purchasing. In case of information in the electronic procurement system for unknown reasons, the customer technically does not choose the right international non -proprietary name for the individual positions of medicines. Therefore, the international non -proprietary name is considered correctly in the name of the procurement and in the technical specification (Annex No. 2)
