Description:
Subject of procurement: Location of the Customer: 50006, Kryvyi Rih, Sobornosti St., 20. Category of the Customer - state authorities and local self-government bodies specified in Clause 1, Part 1, Article 2 of the Law "On Public Procurement". Procurement is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution of the Cabinet of MinistersGovernment of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or withcashing", as well as taking into account the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 09.06.2021 No. 590 "On approval of the Procedure for the exercise of powers by the State Treasury Service in a special regime under martial law" with amendments. The language in which proposals must be prepared: Ukrainian. Provision of securityoffers and provision of security for the performance of the purchase contract are not required. The evaluation criterion is the price. Procurement is carried out for the expected cost of 2024.
