Requirements for the subject of procurement, defined by the customer, and the draft agreement are published by loading individual files. According to "Programs of Technical Expertise, Modernization, Repair, Replacement and Dispatching of Elevators in Residential Houses and Healthcare Centers of Lviv for the period of 2017-2023" approved by the decision of Lviv City Council dated 08.07.2017 No. 2048 (with changes) on this procurement - Customer 1 ("Modern Manager") acts as Shevchenkivsky District Administration of LMR, and the conspirator 2 ("participant of the Program") on behalf of the inhabitants of the entrance №2 on the street.
