- Purchase subject: Providing a tender offer: irrevocable, unconditional bank guarantee is provided by a participant in the form: an electronic document. The electronic document should be drawn up with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Documentation" and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services", contain a KEP of an authorized guarantor bank and must allow the verification of such a signature. The form and content of the bank guarantee must comply with the provisions on the procedure for implementing operations by guarantees in national and foreign currencies approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated 15.12.2004 No. 639. Together with the bank guarantee are provided in the electronic format "PDF" or "JPEG". A copy of the Bank's license and a copy of the document on the authority of a person who signs a bank guarantee. These copies must be certified by the Bank. The term of provision of a tender offer is not less than 90 business days from the date of the deadline for submission of tender offers.
