Manufacture and installation: fencing of stairwells and the porch and ramp of section #1 and section #2, at the construction site at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, village Parking lot, street 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, 7.
To participate in the Tender, the Contractor must review and fill out the tender package documentation (1. Fences of stairwells; 2. Fences external galvanization; 3. Subcontract agreement - elaborated and provide protocol of disagreements); After processing of the tender documentation, the Contractor must provide a completed package of tender documentation and add to the package the following documents: - Commercial proposal - must be signed by an authorized person and certified with a seal and in Exel format; - Certificate of arbitrary form, a scan copy of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (Act of completed works); - Extract from the UDR (full) as of the date of submission of documents; - Articles of Association in the current version (all pages, including the back pages, which contain information); - Description signed by the state registrar for making changes to the founding documents (regarding the statute in the current version); - License to perform works related to the creation of architectural objects with attachments; - Special permits and declarations, provided to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, and high-risk equipment; -Certificates of employees on completion of training on OS and TB issues; qualification certificates of employees; - a copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the Subcontractor; - Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the Subcontractor's signatory (if available); - Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Status) of the Subcontractor - the last submitted (registered); Subcontractor under the EES (Report on the amounts of accrued wages (income, financial sup...
