- Performing works on providing materials for the system of water supply, sewage and heating objects of construction: "Reconstruction of the warehouse complex I and II queues along 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, building 7 in the village of Stoyanka Buchan district of Kyiv region" 09.07.2025. By 18:00 for Kiev The time of the executive date is approximately until 21.10.2025. The total term of work is 57 calendar days. The unloading and movement of the material provided by the customer is carried out at the expense of the contractor. and fill in the tender documentation package (1. BOQ for "Placement and Sewerage System System"; 2 subcont to work out and provide a protocol of differences; 3.BOQ for installation of IP heating systems); after elaboration of the tender documentation, the contractor must to give Completed Tender Documentation Package and add the following documents to the package:-commercial proposal-must be signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal;-filled tab "BOQ arrangement of the water supply system and sewage system", 'OQ for installation scanning of a similar contract and a document confirming its execution (act of work performed);-extract from the EDR (full) as of the day of submission of documents; -statut in the current version (all pages, including reverse, which is information)-description signed by the state registrar constituent documents (regarding the charter in existing);-License to perform works related to the creation of architectural objects with annexes;-special permits and declarations granted to the subcontractor for the performance hazards;-employees' certificates of passing on OP and TV exercises; qualifying certificates of employees; -copy of the passport and code of the manager (signature) of the companion; other ...
