Description:
Subject of procurement: Pursuant to Clause 14 of the Specifics of procurement in accordance with the Specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days fromits termination or cancellation, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers resolution "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and for 90 daysfrom the date of its termination or cancellation" dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 (hereinafter - Features) is carried out by the customer on the basis of existing needs or in case of planned needs of the next year (planned needs of subsequent periods). In accordance with clause 11 of the Specifications for procurement, in particular of goods, vathe amount of which is less than UAH 100,000, customers can use the electronic procurement system in accordance with the conditions determined by the administrator of the electronic procurement system, including the electronic catalog for purchasing goods.
