Subject of procurement: In the event that customers who are health care institutions or health care structural units of the regional and Kyiv city state (military) administrations purchase medicines and medical devices listed in the appendix, the costwhich amounts to or exceeds 50 thousand hryvnias, such purchases are made using the electronic catalog in accordance with the Procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalog, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 822 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, Art. 2407), taking into account the provisions determined by these features.
