Description:
Subject of purchase: Pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 of October 12, 2022, clause 11 (with amendments and additions). The Supplier shall deliver the Goods in batches and on the basis of the Buyer's application. The assortment, unit of measurement and total quantity of the Goods shall be determined by the specification (Appendix No. 1) , which is an integral partotherwise of this Agreement. The Buyer has the right to adjust the quantity of the Goods depending on the needs and the actual financing of expenses (but within the limits of the concluded Agreement).documentation, provide original warranty letters from manufacturers or their official representatives (if their powers extend to the territory of Ukraine), which confirm that the Participant has the ability to supply the proposed product for the needs of the Customer in accordance with the requirements of this documentation, numberbones, quality and on time. The manufacturer's warranty letter must contain the full name of the participant, the announcement number, as well as the name of the item of purchase according to the announcement. This requirement protects the Bidder from the possible delivery of low-quality and counterfeit goods. This is due to the fact that indue to the difficult situation in the country, there is a probability of delivery of drugs and medical products that are not original, low-quality, falsified, as well as those that can enter the territory of Ukraine by unofficial means.
