Purchase object: In connection with the possible monitoring of procurement we report the following: in accordance with Art. 3 Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (hereinafter - Law) Applicable: - to customers, provided that the cost of the product procurement (goods), services (services) is equal to or exceeds 200 thousand hryvnias, and works - 1.5 million hryvnias ; - Customers who carry out activities in certain spheres of management, provided that the cost of purchasing goods (goods), services (services) is equal to or exceeds 1 million hryvnias, and works - 5 million hryvnias. JSC "Ukrposhta" is a customer who carry out activities in certain spheres of management, since it provides postal services (paragraph 8 of Part 2 of Article 2 of the Law). According to a. 2 Part 6 of Art. 2, the action of the law for customers who conduct activities in certain spheres of management, in addition, does not apply to cases where the subject of purchase is, in particular goods that are purchased for resale to third parties, provided that the customer does not occupy a monopoly (dominant) position in the market.
