Description:
Company LLC "Cement", hereinafter referred to as the Customer, (location: Ukraine, 65055, Odesa, 70 Khutorska St.) is interested in the modernization of an electric bridge crane with a load capacity of 15/3 tons. The purpose of the project is to provide the ability to control the bridge crane from the floor using the system radio control for carrying out repair work without the involvement of a crane operator. A commercial offer must contain the following information: Availability of a price offer for: Cost of work (taking into account all costs for wages of workers, materials, equipment and other related costs) Cost of delivery equipment, materials, etc. to the territory of the Customer, and, if necessary, after the completion of the work, return to the territory of the executor. Term of validity of the commercial offer. Date of the possible start of the work. - The preferred payment terms are 100% deferred payment, after signing Act of completed works Permitting documents of the company, licenses, certificates, documents for equipment. Provide scanned copies of current documents necessary for the performance of work. Information about the Contractor (type of activity, legal address, bank details, website address, e-mail, etc.) Reference list (description of experience works for similar works); Information about the material base (list of employees and their training, equipment, tools, etc.) Guarantees for the performance of works - 12 months from the date of commissioning/signing of the Act of performed works. Specifications and passport of the crane are attached. In case of signing the Contract the Customer template is used.
