Description:
Subject of procurement: Natural gas, free prices, without restrictions on the validity period, without distribution 1. The terms of natural gas supply to the Customer must comply with the following legal acts: • Law of Ukraine "On the Natural Gas Market"; • Natural gas supply rules approved by resolutionof the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities Sectors dated September 30, 2015 No. 2496. 2. Product quality requirements: The physical and chemical parameters of the natural gas supplied to the Customer must comply with the interstate GOST 5542-87, provisions of the Gas Transport Codesystem, the Code of gas distribution systems. 3. Terms of payment: Payment of the cost of the supplied gas shall be made by the Consumer no later than the 20th of the month following the month in which the gas was supplied, on the basis of the received originals of the invoice and the act of acceptance and transfer of natural gasin (signed by the Parties), which are provided by the Supplier. In the event of a delay in budget financing, payments for the delivered natural gas are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt of budget financing by the Consumer to his registration account at the State Treasury branch. DeputyOvnyk is not responsible to the Supplier for late fulfillment of monetary obligations in case of delay in funding from the budget and delay in payment through treasury bodies. 4.
