NGO Alliance Global (hereinafter referred to as organizer) announces a competition for the purchase of food food. Source of Purchase Financing - as part of the project increasing the capacity and access of the CHS and other groups to HIV services and paralyuridic assistance, national advocacy, interaction and communication in interests CHS/LGBTik+ Communities at the Global Fund and with financial support of 100 percent of life under the grant agreement No. 017-GF-24 dated 02.01.2025. Purchase item-purchase of food products for offices. Non -cash calculation. Purchase of goods provided by the subject of procurement is carried out without VAT (according to the provisions of Section 26 of Section 2 of Section XX of the CCU and PCMU dated April 17, 2013 No. 234, since the expenses are made within the framework of grants of the Global Fund, provided in accordance with the Global Fund programs for the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine). VAT payers have the right to release from taxable taxable tax on the customs territory of Ukraine of goods (except excise), if such goods/services are paid at the expense of grants (subgrants) provided in accordance with the Global Fund Programs for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Tuberculosis and Tuberculosis malaria in Ukraine, which are implemented in accordance with the law. The procedure for carrying out such operations is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 284 of April 17, 201222
