1. Information on the Program and Project: Project "Victory Dialogues 2024" is introduced by NGO "Youth Platform" within the framework of the UNDP Project "Support for Civil Society and Youth", which is implemented with the financial support of the Denmark Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The calling of the initiative is to provide the opportunities for youth councils and young people in the communities in communities to join the widespread consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the processes of restoration of the country through the construction of dialogue and cooperation with representatives/these bodies of local self-government and the implementation of specific humanitarian initiatives. . That is, "dialogues" are a number of local discussions throughout Ukraine, where young people, accompanied by youth councils, together develop the ideas of its involvement in the obstruction of Russian influence and the role of young people in the process of restoration of the country. Based on the opinions of participants and participants, youth councils form their own initiatives, which are further presented to local self -government bodies.
