Description:
The subject of procurement: from the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the State Concern "Ukroboronprom" (hereinafter - the concern) and the enterprises that are part of it, risking their own lives in every possible way Ukraine's defense capability. The enemy has repeatedly applied missile strokes on the enterprises of the concern, resulting in irreparable damage. In addition to lost equipment and weapons, our employees are killed and injured. Instead, the situation in the procurement of individual goods, works and services in the conditions of martial law becomes more difficult, and therefore with the purpose of greater coverage of potential suppliers and the security information about them as the end customer. This competition is not subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", since it is conducted in the interests of enterprises (a) a concern, which (s) is not a customer (s) in the understanding of the law.
