Subject of purchase: "Refueling of motor vehicles must be carried out at the Supplier's gas stations in accordance with permits for the release of petroleum products - coupons - with a denomination of 10/20/30 liters) in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.12.1997 No. 1442 "On approval of retail rulesof trade in oil products" (with changes and additions). Place of delivery of the product: Possibility of daily and 24-hour refueling according to permits (coupons) for the release of the product in the network of gas stations of the Supplier, within 12 km from the location of the customer in the city of Kyiv, Generala Matykina St., 11B 03131 Validity periodpermits for the release of petroleum products must be at least 6 (six) months from the moment the Customer actually receives permits for the release of petroleum products. Petroleum products must remain in free storage during the validity period of the permits. In the event that the Customer, for some reason, was unable to return the goodsto expire permits for release during their term of validity, the supplier must ensure free replacement of permits for release with valid ones, or extend their term of validity without reducing their nominal value. Payment for the Goods for budget funds is made within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery toapprovals for the release of the Goods - vouchers, based on the act of acceptance - transfer of the Fuel and/or the Supplier's invoice. In the event of a delay in the budget financing of the Customer, the calculation is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of crediting the budget financing to the account...
