- Subject of purchase: The Participant guarantees refueling of the Customer's vehicles, the validity period of coupons is not less than 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The maximum distance from the Customer to the Participant's gas station should not exceed 5.5 km. JUSTIFICATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS regarding the Customer's distance to the gas station: the requirements established bynot by the Customer, related to the specifics of the activity and due to the need to have a gas station as close as possible to the location of the Customer. Mandatory presence of a gas station is necessary for maximum cost savings, minimization of fuel costs, which will have to be spent on the way to the gas station by a school bus, fire brigadebuses and other community transport for departures on the route.
