Calculations are carried out by the customer for actually received vouchers within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the original duly executed invoice for payment, provided there is an invoice for the delivery (transfer) of vouchers signed by the Parties. Coupons are valid for at least 12 months. In the event of a change in form or expiration of coupons, they are exchanged, without additional charge, for new valid coupons of equivalent denomination with extension of coupon validity.
