Description:
Subject of procurement: The Participant undertakes during 2024 and in accordance with the conditions specified in the Agreement to transfer to the Customer the Goods Gasoline A-95 (DC 021:2015 "Unified Procurement Dictionary" - 09130000-9 - Oil and distillates) at the Participant's gas station using scratch cards/coupons (forms - permits vnthree-way circulation for the release of the Goods), and the Customer undertakes to take possession of the Goods and pay its full value (price) in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement. Vouchers with a denomination of 10 l. The Participant's gas stations (own, leased or partner) within Vinnytsia are located at a distance of nomore than 5 kilometers from the Customer's legal address (Bratslavska St. 2, Vinnytsia.). In the event of a delay in budget financing of the BUYER and/or a delay on the part of the authorities of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the implementation of settlement and cash service, calculations based on the fact of delivery of the goods are carried outwithin 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of allocations to the BUYER's registration accounts, and/or from the moment when the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine are able to perform settlement and cash service. The PARTIES agreed that any fines against the BUYER in such a casedku do not apply. Postpaid (100%).
