We pay your attention and additionally clarify that when filling in the section "Grounds for refusal to participate in the procurement procedure" a participant of the procurement procedure confirms the lack of groundgrounds in the electronic procurement system when submitting a tender offer, and the winner of the procurement procedure within a period not exceeding four days from the date of publication in the electronic procurement system of the announcement of the intention to conclude a contract of procurement must provide the customer by promulgatingin the electronic procurement system of documents confirming the absence of the grounds specified in subparagraphs 3, 5, 6 and 12 of paragraph 47 of the features (detailed in Annex 2 and 4 to TD).
