The customer has the right to make a prepayment taking into account the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution of 04.12.2019 №1070Issues of the managers (recipients) of budget funds for prepayment of goods, works and services purchased for budget funds (as amended), in the amount of up to 30 (thirty) interest and for the term determined in a properly executed order of the chief spending unit.Payment is made by the customer by directing budgetary funds to non -budget accounts opened in their name in the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, with the subsequent use of these funds by the contractor exclusively from such accounts to ensure the timely performance of works under the contract (inincluding for the purchase of materials, structures, products necessary for the performance of work under the contract) during the period 10 (ten) working days after the exposureaccount.
