This letter will be checked by an official Microsoft distributor. If the authenticity of the provided information is not confirmed by the official distributorm Microsoft, the submitted offer will be rejected. Place of delivery of the software: electronic activation keys by email to the email address office@lv.treasury.gov.ua The buyer gets access to the portal https://licensing.microsoft.com, where he will have access to distributions and the keys to themik is obliged to provide Access to licenses within 5 working days from the moment of conclusion of this Agreement and to provide an Act of acceptance and transfer of Software products no later than the 15th of the month following the order placement. Payment for Software products is made within 14 (fourteen) calendar daysdays from the moment of delivery of Software products on the basis of the Act of acceptance and transfer of Software products. Payment is made in accordance with Article 49 of the Budget Code of Ukraine.
