- Purchase Subject: Tender offer must be accompanied by a document confirming the provision by the participant in providing a tender offer that must be provided in the form of an electronic bank guarantee (hereinafter referred to as a bank guarantee) with a qualified electronic signature guarantor (hereinafter referred to as -Bank-guarantor) in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. An electronic guarantee must include references to the details of the procurement, its name and number on the Web Portal of the Authorized Body. The electronic warranty is provided as part of a tender offer in the format, which makes it possible to verify the skilled subscription of the guarantor bank with the help of the resource of the official website of the Central Denemate Authority of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
