• Save the Children International is announcing a request for commercial proposal RFQ-UKR-SAO-2026-018 for the provision of services for the organization and conduct of safe behavior training and mine risk awareness (EORE) sessions in Mykolaivska and Kherson oblasts. The procurement includes holding at least 30 sessions during the period March 1-31, 2026, with coverage of at least 500 beneficiaries — children and adults. Sessions should take place in designated locations, the list of which is given in the Appendix to Technical task. Certified and accredited providers who have proven experience in conducting EORE and have sufficient personnel and logistics potential to work in the specified regions are invited to participate. The service provider must ensure: conducting 1 to 2 sessions daily; involving at least two qualified instructors for each session; adapting the duration of classes to the target group; observing safety standards, including moving participants to shelters in the event of an air raid alarms; maintenance of registration documentation; preparation of the final descriptive and statistical report. To participate in the procurement, suppliers must submit a commercial proposal in accordance with the requirements of RFQ‑UKR‑SAO‑2026‑018.
