- Subject of procurement: Since the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the State Concern "Ukroboronprom" (hereinafter - the Concern) and the enterprises that are part of it, risking their own lives, ensure the defense capability of Ukraine in every possible way. The enemy has repeatedly launched missile strikes onenterprises of the Concern, as a result of which irreparable damage was caused. In addition to the lost equipment and weapons, there are dead and wounded of our employees. On the other hand, the situation in the procurement of individual goods, works and services in the conditions of martial law is becoming more and more difficult, and therefore, with the aim of greater coverage ofpotential suppliers and the provision of enterprises and employees, a decision was made to hold tenders in the Prozorro electronic procurement system in accordance with the applications of such enterprises without specifying information about them as the final customer. This Competition is not subject to the Law of Ukraine"On public procurement", as it is carried out in the interests of the concern's enterprise(s), which are not customer(s) within the meaning of the Law. The competition is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Order of SE "Prozorro" dated March 19, 2019 No. 10 (with amendments and additions) and internal regulatory documents, as a simplified procurementI, with the aim of maximum economy and efficiency.
