P-7581-GD (frame request) Workshop - Railway Transport Department of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" Repair of track superstructure. The term of performance of works - 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 K.t. on technical issues Galimbaev Rustam - Head of the Track Service 097-396-49-08. A commercial offer must be issued on the official letterhead of your company, certify with a seal and submit by the specified deadline. The commercial part of the price offer should, at a minimum, include: 1. The price offer in the national currency of Ukraine excluding VAT, including: the cost of machines and mechanisms, other costs. Including 4.5% of the cost of the services provided by the Customer to the Contractor for enterprises carrying out repairs on the Customer's premises. 2. Breakdown of the cost of work by unit rates, indicating the volume of work from each position and the total cost; BE SURE to fill out the OR list. 3. Terms of payment (no deferment less than 35 days). 4. Contact person in case of need for clarification regarding the commercial part of the offer. 5. Guarantees for completed works. 6. Agreement to work according to the AMKR contract template. 7. The term of performance of works The technical part of the price offer should, at least, include: 1. Method of performance of works (a short project of work execution - technical description, algorithm, technological map with a description of the machines involved, and the mechanisms and technology of work execution); 2. List of machines and mechanisms involved in the facility; 3. Experience in performing similar work over the past 3 years (information should include if there are no restrictions on confidentiality, the customer, the name of the object, the estimated volume, the terms of the works); 4. Summary of key personnel (project manager from the contractor's side, or site manager, supervisor, foreman); 5.
