Settlements are made by payment by the Customer after the Supplier presents an invoice for the payment of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the invoice) or invoices (expenditures, goods and transport invoices) of the value of the goods actually received in accordance with the issued invoices, in accordance with the terms of this contract, as appropriate funds are received, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, taking into account the requirements of this contract.
