Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 15510000-6 — Milk and cream In order to comply with the requirements DSTU regarding the recommended period of storage of goods, delivery (handover) of goods is carried out in batches 1-2 times a week, in working time by the Supplier's transport, according to the Buyer's submitted applications at the address of the health care facility. The goods upon delivery must be accompanied by documents confirming quality and safety, namely: copies of quality certificates and/or conclusions sanitary-epidemiological examination, and/or manufacturer's declaration, and/or other documentary confirmation of product quality and safety (in cases provided for by law).
