Participants who participated in procurement may not submit documents that have already been loaded on the E-Tender (hereinafter referred to as ETM) as part of the tender (price) proposals in previous purchasesAnnouncement of the current purchase of Ukrtatnafta JSC. In this case, the participants must in the tender (price) proposal to provide an explanation letter indicating the number of the announcement of the pre-procurement at the ETM, the full list of documents, their name, details and references to specific items of requirementsThe tender documentation of the current procurement, which correspond to the specified documents. Please note that the cost of goods, works and services is indicated without VAT. In the form of a bid of the participant submitted as part of the tender (price) offer, the amount of value of goods, works and services shouldTo correspond to the amount of the initial offer indicated by the ETM in the field for the reduction. The community compensates for the contracting organization the costs of business trips of employees, if there is a documentary confirmed justification of such expenses by a contractor organization in the amountresidence. The cost of the piecework is included in the calculation of the expected value in the following volumes: 47 938,00 UAH without VAT.
