Subject of purchase: NOTES: Term of delivery of goods: until 20.12.2023 Place of delivery of goods: Prospekt Myru, bldg. 217, Chernihiv region, Chernihiv, 14029 Method of delivery of goods: The delivery of goods is carried out according to the actual need of the Customer in parts (lots) according to invoices, within no more than 5(five) working days from the date the Supplier receives the order (application) for the relevant product, but no later than the date specified in the contract. The delivery and unloading of the goods at the destination is carried out by the Supplier and at his expense. More detailed conditions of delivery are specified in the draft contract.Terms of payment for the goods: Payment for the goods is made after the actual receipt of the goods on the basis of the invoice, on the terms of deferred payment up to 20 banking days within the limits of budget allocations. In the event of a delay in budget financing, payments for goods are made within 10 banking days fromreceipt of budget funds by the Customer to his registration account. ATTENTION!!!
