Subject of purchase: Sodium chloride, solution for infusions, 9 mg/ml 200 ml in p/e 20003 pcs, in glass bottles 600 pcs. The price per unit of the product is indicated with "two decimal places" (0.00). Delivery of the product in batches on the basis of the Application for the supply of the Goods. The term of delivery of the Goods is within 5 working daysfrom the moment of receipt of the application, the expiration date of the product must be at least 70 percent of that indicated on the package. The delivery of the Product is carried out by the Supplier at its own expense (including loading and unloading work).comply with the requirements of state standards, the Supplier undertakes at its own expense within 5 working days after receiving the Customer's notification, to eliminate defects or replace the poor-quality Goods with Goods of appropriate quality.of documents (expense invoices), the Supplier must provide the Customer with all the necessary documents (or their certified copies) - registration certificates, quality certificates, etc., which are established by the current legislation of Ukraine for this type of Goods. The calculation is carried out by non-cash transferfunds to the Supplier's account no later than 15 banking days according to the signed invoice if financing is available
