Purchase item: Dear partners! For the purpose of purchasing polypropylene bags (105x70 cm with printing) JSC "UkrPoshta" provides a transparent and competitive selection of a potential counterparty - the competition. With the participant whose proposal will be the most economically advantageous, the contract/contract with JSC "UkrPoshta" will be concluded (in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 169 of 28.02.2022). To carry out such a competition, the customer uses an electronic procurement system by making procurement procurement type, in the order of a similar order to simplified procurement under Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement".
