Subject of purchase: Quality - in accordance with DSTU 9221. External appearance - good quality (no signs of decay, presence of green color), tubers are mature, whole, clean, healthy, dry, without signs of flabbiness. Uniform in shape and color. Without extraneous smell and taste. The presence of organic and mineral dbags (straw, tops, earth, stones, etc.) are not allowed. Packaged in mesh bags. The average weight of potatoes is from 90 to 180 grams. The taste and smell must correspond to the botanical variety, without extraneous smell and aftertaste. Packaging - polymer mesh. The packaging must be whole, strong, noand, dry. The container must protect the potatoes from damage or spoilage during transportation (delivery). The price must include direct, general production and administrative costs, taking into account costs, including, but not limited to: transport costs, additional payments to employees in connection due to loss of time inroad, communication, insurance, special vehicles, as well as the economically justified profit that the Supplier plans to receive as a result of the sale, funds to cover risks and/or additional costs associated with inflationary processes, all taxes and fees, mandatory payments , which are paid or have buyou are paid by the Supplier for the delivery of the Goods, in particular value added tax, other costs necessary for the execution of the Contract project until its full completion. 1.1.
