Description:
The Buyer makes a preliminary payment in the amount of 80% (eighty) percent of the total price of the Goods within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the corresponding invoice (scanned copy) from the Supplier. Final payment in the amount of 20% (twenty) percent of the total price of the Goods is carried out by the Buyer within 5 (five) working days after delivery of the Goods to the Buyer and signing by authorized representatives of the Parties of the expense invoice and registration by the Supplier of the tax invoice/calculation of adjustments to the tax invoice in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices in in electronic form with compliance with the conditions for registration in the manner specified by the Tax Code of Ukraine.
