(code according to DK 021:2015: 30190000-7 - "Miscellaneous office equipment and supplies") Youspecifications for the product: Format: A4 (210x297 mm) Paper density: 80 g/m2 CIE linen: 150% Thickness: 105 μm Opacity: 92% Number of sheets: 500 sheets Color: white Place of delivery of the product: Address: Kyiv, str. Volodymyrska, 13; Quantity of goods: 506 packs. Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier. Validity periodcontract: The contract is valid until December 31, 2023. The term of delivery of goods: 5 working days from the date of signing the contract. Payment procedure: the Customer pays for the Goods upon delivery on the basis of the invoice, by transferring non-cash funds to the current accountno. of the Supplier, within 20 banking days from the day of receipt of the goods. In case of absence or delay of budget financing, payments for the delivered goods are made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of budget financing by the Consumer to his registration account. ArtAt the same time, the parties reached an agreement that the liability provided for in Article 625 of the Civil Code of Ukraine does not apply.
