Description:
In order to complete the task, the provider must carry out at least 6 consultations with the team of NGO "Belozersky Center for Regional Development" in online format (ZOOM). As a result of consultations with the team, the Provider should prepare the drafts of documents for approval by the team and finalize their final version. Under the service "Development of the Financial and Internal Control Management System", the team "Belozersky Center for Regional Development" sees a comprehensive approach to the process of management of finance and internal control and should include (not comprehensive list) the following components: structure and interaction of relevant specialists of the financial department ( Organic, job responsibilities); the budget management and planning process; accounting and tax accounting (accounting policy); management of assets of the organization; management of staff and team members (business trip and cost compensation); storage of relevant information and documentation; internal control procedures in the organization; Development of annexes to policies - patterns of orders, protocols and other documents necessary for the proper management of the organization of organization and internal control.
