Description:
The subject of procurement is: analysis and improvement of the procurement policy of the organization. Detailed description of the services that are announced: analysis of the current procurement policy of the Bilozersky Center for Regional Development with the necessary changes to it, in accordance with the current legislation; Inclusion in the policy of the issue of proper verification of counterparties; Development of annexes to policy - templates of orders, protocols and other documents necessary for the purchase by the organization. In order to complete the task, the provider must carry out at least 3 consultations with the team of NGO "Belozersky Center for Regional Development" in online format (ZOOM). As a result of consultation with the team, the Provider should prepare the drafts of documents for approval of the team and finalize its final version. The total time of the expert/-k-no more than 16 hours is envisaged. Format service online. Service period: 06.05.2024 - 05/25/2024.
