Procurement of works for technical supervision of construction works at the facility: Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities for full biological treatment with a capacity of 5,000 m3/day str. Kopachivska №6 in the city of Volochysk, Khmelnytskyi region (Correction)
Subject of procurement: Tender documentation developed byin accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and the Peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days fromthe day of its termination or cancellation, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.10.2022 No. 1178 (hereinafter — Particulars).
