The participant must, by the end of the tender proposal, send to the e -mail address of the customer sa_soltanova@sunpp.tom.tom.gov.ua indicating the subject of procurement and purchase ID (in format UA-2025-XX-XX-XXXXXX-Y): completed draft contract, completed by the specification in accordance with the annex to the contract. Conditions Delivery of goods: from the date of publication of the contract in the ProZorro system, but not later than 31.12.2025, on terms - DDP, in accordance with the rules of Incoterms in the 2010 edition, with the obligatory presence of a supplier representative.
