Description:
Production and supply of panel equipment for construction objects Reconstruction of a complete property complex at the address: Ukraine, Kyiv region, Buchansky district, village Parking lot, street 21 km of Zhytomyr highway, 7 (cadastral number: 3222482000:12:003:5146). Phase 1 of construction: Warehouse building No. 2 (1st and 2nd launch complexes), which will be carried out in 2024. BARGAIN PURCHASE LTD General term of works In the contract price, the Participant must provide for all possible related costs (administrative costs; logistics costs; housing rental costs; per diem for employees; engineering services; costs of mechanisms and tools; amortization; unloading of materials supplied by the Customer; Work to be performed according to the submitted price offer in the BОQ form The Customer. When performing works, the Contractor must comply with: - construction norms and standards; - regulatory and legal acts; - requirements of OP, TB, fire safety during the performance of works; - carry out activities in compliance with environmental safety requirements, not to violate environmental rights and legitimate interests of other subjects; - to carry out economic and other activities without violating environmental protection legislation; - to be responsible for compliance with pollutant content standards established for the corresponding type of vehicle substances in waste gases, discharges of pollutants and the influence of physical factors of mobile sources on the state of the natural environment. To accept the works by the Customer, the Contractor must develop executive documentation in accordance with the requirements of the General Contractor and technical supervision of construction.
