Charity Organization The Foundation for the Prevention of Chemical Dependence and AIDS announces a competition for the purchase of hotline promotion through Internet advertising (advertising on Google ADS and social networks). Purchase is considered to have occurred if at least 2 (two) potential participants were submitted. If the procedure for purchasing goods, works or services did not take place using an electronic site twice, depending on the situation, it is possible to choose the winner among the available two participants, or to carry out the procedure of selecting a supplier of goods, works or services by the method of "concluding a direct agreement" (with a mandatory agreement with the "All -Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV").
