Description:
Public Union "Local Economic Development of Yavoriv Region" announces a tender for consultations on reviewing the structure of governing bodies, organizational structure of CSOs and the development of three documents of internal policy of CSOs (policy of management of the organization, accounting policy, communication policy). The service is provided within the framework of the project "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - the Movement of Reforms and Democracy", which is implemented with the support of Isar of unity. The purpose of document development is to help the organization's team get appropriate domestic policies for its sustainable development and improve its management. Expected results: consultations (up to 20 hours) with a team of organization to collect information and approve key approaches. Provision of consultations for reviewing the structure of governing bodies, organizational structure of CSO. Development of three documents: organization management policy, accounting policy, communication policy. Provision of final versions of documents in the agreed format ready for approval by the governing body of CSS. Format: Offline/online (with the involvement of the entire team in Lviv). Expected period of implementation: August-September 2025
