- This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued to identify potential bidders for the provision of Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services for OCHA Ukraine.OCHA Ukraine is looking for an authorized vendor owning a workshop located in Kyiv and/or close to field offices that can cover Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Poltava, Vinnitsa offices (to maintain, repair and service its 17 armored vehicles, 10 soft skinned vehicles and 3 buses).The contract will be established for an initial period of one (1) year, with potential extensions of two (2) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each (1+1+1 years).The vendor must be an authorized dealer for Kia, Toyota, Mitubishi, Nissan, Skoda, Dacia and Jeep.The contractor shall:- To provide service, maintenance and repair for OCHA Armoured and Soft-skin vehicles fleet.- To provide spare parts as part of the maintenance, repair and services.- To provide spare parts and vehicle consumables to OCHA Ukraine upon request.- To provide fleet recovery services upon request by OCHA Ukraine.
