M.V.Cargo LLC is conducting a tender among suppliers of auto goods, as a result of which a contract will be concluded with the company for further cooperation. A large volume of diesel antigel is urgently needed. We also consider analogues and other volume. The main ones requirements ratio 1:1000 Desired terms of payment: 100% post-payment within 20 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods according to the invoice. The following information is required for the verification of the enterprise and conclusion of the contract by the financial department: Extract from the Unified of the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (dated in the current year). Copy of the VAT payer's certificate Articles of Association Certificate from the bank about opening a bank account Copy of pages 1-7 of the passport of the head of the enterprise, personally certified by the signature of the passport holder; Consent to the processing of personal data (see the appendix) Copy of the order on the appointment of the director / proxy representing the interests of the supplier / other documents certifying the authority of the director; Balance sheet and report on financial results for the last reporting year - certified by the seal of the enterprise with the inscription "the copy is correct", the signature of an authorized person or with a copy of the electronic receipt No. 2 on the acceptance of the report;· A letter that you do not cooperate with the Russian Federation.
