I ask you to provide a technical and commercial proposal for the supply of the following equipment according to the questionnaire (attached): Diesel drilling rig (GOK) - 1 pieceRequest It is obligatory to indicate in the proposal: Name and technical characteristics of the equipment proposed for delivery. Delivery period of the equipment; Year of production of the equipment. Manufacturer. Warranty period; Delivery period; Terms of delivery of the equipment (according to Inkoterms 2000); PAT ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (hereinafter - the Company) is interested in conducting competitive and transparent tenders and appreciates the same attitude from tender participants. The company reserves the right to suspend cooperation in the event of identification of affiliation between tender participants during or after the tender. In order to avoid such situations, tender participants are asked to inform the Company if their affiliates participate in the tender. When determining the results of the tender, the offers of tender participants that meet the Company's request regarding commercial and technical requirements are taken into account. Offered by participants tender, the offer is considered taking into account price and non-price criteria, in particular, but not exclusively, conditions and terms of delivery (including, based on the provisions of INCOTERMS) and/or performance of works and/or provision of services and payment, sanction risks and other, based on the relevant tender request. The company reserves the right to notify only the winner of the tender results. The company is ready to consider offers of alternative goods and containers that are equivalent to those that are the subject of the relevant tender.
