• Description:
• We are buying fodder wheat of the 2025 harvest from agricultural farms of producers in the Cherkasy region, Zvenigorod district. The quantity of the goods is 185 tons (+/- 10%). The quality of the goods supplied by the seller must meet the following indicators: - moisture content - 14.0%; - garbage admixture - 2.0%; - grain admixture - max. 15.0%, - nature - basis 700 g/dm3; Other indicators must meet the requirements of DSTU 3768:2019. The product must be of healthy commercial quality, free from extraneous odors, quarantine objects and living pests, without toxic substances and poisonous seeds. In general, the quality of the delivered Goods must meet the established standards, technical conditions, and other technical documentation. Contamination of the Product by pests and under quarantine plants is not allowed. The delivery of the product is carried out by hired automobile transport of the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Payment form: the buyer pays 86% of the value of the delivered batch of goods to the Seller's settlement account within three banking days from the moment provision of copies of invoices for payment and expense invoices for each batch of loaded Goods, the date of issue of which must correspond to the date of loading of the relevant batch of Goods. The final payment for the delivered Goods is made by the Buyer by bank transfer transfer to the Seller's current account within 5 (five) days after the registration of the tax invoice, properly issued in accordance with the rules established by clause 201.1. of the Tax Code of Ukraine, in particular with the mandatory indication of the code Goods in accordance with the UCT of the ZED, and registered in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices through the electronic document management system at the time of the first event (receipt of funds or shipment of the Goods) and receipt of original documents (expenditure invoice and contract deliveries).
