• Dear tender participant! We invite you to participate in the tender. PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih is ready to consider proposals for the purchase of green electricity in future periods under the PPA contract under the following conditions: 1. Information about consumer Consumer: PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi RihAddress: Kryvyi Rih, str. Kryvorizhstal, 1EIC-code: 56XO0000OC0R2006 2. Requirements for the offer of the participant The tenderer must specify the possible conditions for the supply of electricity under the PPA contract, in particular:Available guaranteed capacity of the power plant for PJSC AMKRC Price per MWh (fixed or formula with market binding for a day in advance) Payment terms - within 40 days after the month of supply (alternative offers of the participant are possible) Option transfer in favor of the buyer of guarantees of the origin of electricity. Term of putting the power plant into operation 3. Other conditions. Volume of electricity consumption: up to 250 MWh 24 hours a day with an irregular schedule. Partial delivery is possible. The consumer provides: general planned consumption volume per month (before the beginning of the month of consumption) hourly consumption plan per day in advance Power supply of PJSC AMKR is carried out by the networks of NEC Ukrenergo directly, as well as through JSC DTEK Dniprovski elektromerezhi. Coverage of imbalances: is carried out at the expense of the electricity supplier (the consumer is not responsible for the amount and cost of imbalances), including in the case of restrictions from the networks. Source of electricity: renewable energy sources The supplier provides the consumer documents on the origin of electricity in accordance with the requirements of the Cross-Border Carbon Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) monthly by e-mail.
