LLC NOVUS UKRAINE accepts proposals for the purchase of consumables, peripheral devices, accessories and components, the result of which is planned to conclude a supply contract. DELIVERY TIMES No more than 7 working days from the moment of signing contract and the corresponding specification. TERMS OF DELIVERY Shipment to the customer's warehouse at the address: Kyiv, 47, Prospect of the European Union, TERMS OF PAYMENT - payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the goods within 7 working days after the signing of the delivery note and received invoice; REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTICIPANT - Limited liability company, - VAT payer, - Agreement with the terms of the standard contract. LIST OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS - Company charter, - Extract from the UDR, - Extract from the register of tax payers, - Recommendation letters. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TENDER PROPOSAL - KP in the form of a pdf file - the price of the proposal must include all costs related to delivery, taxes (including VAT); - Delivery period; - Payment terms; - For confirmation cost in mandatory to provide a commercial offer with a detailed interpretation.*For positions for which "Alternative is allowed" is indicated in the comment, the participant can submit one, additional, separate CP, in which he will offer his version of the product, provided that the product is not worse in terms of quality.**The participant must indicate the warranty period in days for each item in his CP. The company "Novus Ukraine" does not make demands regarding warranty obligations, but will consider this indicator when determining the winner.
